Nowadays, Computer is an important part of all activities in our life, especially in education. Computer helps us in learning and teaching process, all developed countries have used CALL in their school. In Indonesia, we found many problems when we used it in teaching and learning process, So that many students do not understand about high tech, we call “unqualified person in technology. Our government has paid attention to this program with adding curriculum about technology information of Computer and serving CALL facility in some schools with increasing capability of the teacher must be tried, and all teachers have to understand about computer.
